These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and PK Rumi. By registering an account or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please take a few minutes to read through them — they cover everything from how your account works to how we handle payments, bonuses, disputes, and responsible gaming. Before reading the full terms, here are the six most important principles that guide everything
Each player may hold only one PK Rumi account. Duplicate accounts are closed and balances may be forfeited. Your account is personal — it cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with anyone else.
Using bots, exploiting bugs, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. PK Rumi uses continuous monitoring to detect and act on unfair play.
PK Rumi charges zero fees on deposits. Withdrawal processing is free from our side. Any charges from your bank or wallet provider are outside our control and are not our responsibility.
Every bonus offered by PK Rumi comes with clearly stated wagering requirements. No bonus is ever withdrawn without meeting those requirements. The full terms of each offer are always visible before you claim it.
Players can set deposit limits, take cooling-off breaks, or self-exclude permanently at any time through account settings. PK Rumi will never attempt to reverse a self-exclusion request or contact an excluded player with promotional material.
All disputes are reviewed by our team within 48 hours. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you have the right to escalate through the formal process described in Section 13 of these terms. We are committed to resolving issues fairly.

Age Verification: PK Rumi takes underage participation extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If we have reason to believe a player may be under 18, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be refunded to the payment source; winnings generated during such a period will be withheld.
Each individual may hold only one active PK Rumi account. Multiple accounts held by the same person — regardless of different names, phone numbers, or payment methods used — constitute a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, PK Rumi will close all accounts except the earliest registered one, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.
You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information we request. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PK Rumi will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or chat. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately via live chat. PK Rumi is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials with a third party.
Tip: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings for an extra layer of security. It takes less than two minutes to set up and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
Before processing your first withdrawal, PK Rumi is required to verify your identity under our standard Know Your Customer procedure. This is a one-time process. The documents you may be asked to provide include:
KYC verification is typically completed within four hours of submission during normal working hours. Accounts that do not complete KYC cannot process withdrawals, but may continue to play. PK Rumi reserves the right to request updated documents at any point if our compliance team identifies a need to re-verify an account.
All documents submitted for KYC are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
PK Rumi accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. We do not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or any other payment method not listed here.
The minimum deposit on PK Rumi is Rs 100 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 500 for card payments. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform for verified accounts, though individual payment providers enforce their own transaction limits. PK Rumi charges zero fees on deposits. If your payment provider charges a transaction fee, that is between you and your provider — we have no control over it and cannot refund it.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts that you personally own and control. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether from a friend, family member, or business — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source and the associated PK Rumi account reviewed. Deposited funds credited to your account are held in your Real Money Balance and can be wagered or withdrawn subject to these Terms.
Important: Never deposit more than you can comfortably afford to use for entertainment purposes. PK Rumi provides deposit limit tools in your account settings precisely for this reason.
To make a withdrawal, your account must be KYC-verified (see Section 4). Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit. This is a fraud prevention requirement. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts in good standing, though very large withdrawals may be processed in batches at PK Rumi's discretion.
For Easypaisa and JazzCash, withdrawals are typically processed within 3–5 minutes of submission. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically take up to 5 minutes. IBFT bank transfers are processed the same banking day for requests submitted before 4:00 PM on working days. Visa/Mastercard card refunds take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank. Times stated assume the account has passed all verification and compliance checks.
Funds in your Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to Real Money through meeting the wagering requirements associated with the specific bonus. Your account dashboard always shows a clear breakdown of your Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance separately.
PK Rumi reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if: (a) there are outstanding verification requirements on the account; (b) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms; or (c) the withdrawal triggers an enhanced review under our internal compliance procedures. In all such cases we will notify you of the reason and expected timeline by email or in-app notification.
All bonuses offered by PK Rumi are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is always stated clearly in the offer details — always read those before claiming. Attempting to exploit bonuses — for example by creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the PK Rumi welcome bonus. The specific amount, percentage, and wagering requirement of the current welcome offer is displayed on the registration page and in the promotions section of your account. Welcome bonuses are only available once per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
PK Rumi periodically offers reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and game-specific offers. Each has its own terms regarding the qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, game restrictions, and expiry period. Bonuses that are not wagered within their stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
Details of the PK Rumi refer-a-friend programme — including reward amounts and the conditions a referred player must meet before the reward is credited — are available on the Refer a Friend page. Referral rewards are subject to the same wagering requirements as other bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Bonus Abuse Policy: PK Rumi actively monitors for patterns that suggest bonus abuse. This includes placing offsetting bets, betting in patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any strategy that PK Rumi determines is not consistent with genuine recreational play. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have the associated bonus and any winnings generated from it voided.
Each game available on PK Rumi — including Teen Patti, Poker, Aviator, Ludo, and all others — is governed by specific game rules displayed within the game interface. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and a general provision of these Terms, the more specific game rule will apply to that game.
All card deals and game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited. PK Rumi does not and cannot influence the outcome of any game. If a game round is interrupted by a technical fault, the round will be resolved in accordance with the technical resolution policy for that game type, which is available in the game rules. In most cases, bets placed in an interrupted round are returned to the player's balance.
Each game table and game type carries a stated minimum and maximum stake. These limits are displayed before you join a table or place a bet. PK Rumi reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. Changes to limits on existing tables will be communicated via an in-game notification at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on PK Rumi. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

Where an account is closed due to a breach, PK Rumi may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where the breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited. Where the account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example a regulatory instruction — the Real Money Balance will be returned to you via the payment method on file after deducting any amounts owed to PK Rumi.
If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, contact our support team via live chat at any time. Account closures requested for responsible gaming reasons (see Section 11) are permanent and cannot be reversed within any cooling-off period stated at the time of closure.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion (subject to any legal retention requirements).
If you have a complaint about any aspect of your experience on PK Rumi — including a game outcome, a payment, a bonus, or any other matter — the first step is to contact our support team via live chat. In most cases, issues can be resolved at this stage within a few hours. When raising a dispute, please provide your account username, the date and time of the issue, a description of what happened, and any transaction reference numbers that are relevant.
If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution offered by our support team, you may escalate the matter formally by emailing support@pkrumi.com with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a full description of your issue. Formal complaints are reviewed by a senior member of our operations team, separate from the support agent who handled the initial contact. We commit to providing a written response to all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt.
In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, PK Rumi's server-side game logs are the definitive record. These logs record every bet placed, every card dealt, and every outcome generated. If there is a discrepancy between what a player experienced on their screen and what the server logs show — for example due to a display bug — the server log takes precedence.
PK Rumi provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted and error-free service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical faults.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PK Rumi's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of Real Money Balance in the player's account at the time the claim arises.
PK Rumi is not liable for: (a) losses arising from internet connectivity issues outside our control; (b) losses or delays caused by acts of third-party payment providers; (c) indirect, consequential, or speculative losses; or (d) losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
PK Rumi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or the operation of your account — we will notify you via the email address registered on your account and/or via an in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account before the change takes effect by contacting our support team. Your Real Money Balance will be returned to you via the payment method on file.
