KYC (Know Your Customer) is a one-time identity verification process required before your first withdrawal. You'll need to provide a photo of your CNIC (National Identity Card) and a clear selfie holding it. Verification typically completes within 4 hours. The minimum deposit on PK Rumi is Rs 100 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 500 for card payments and IBFT bank transfers. There is no upper limit on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose their own daily limits.
PK Rumi charges zero fees on deposits. The exact amount you send is the amount credited to your account. Your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transfer fees — check with your provider if unsure, but PK Rumi itself takes nothing from your deposit.
Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits appear in your PK Rumi account balance within seconds of confirmation. Card payments typically take 1–3 minutes. IBFT bank transfers take up to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing speed. If a deposit has not appeared after these timeframes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed in 3 to 5 minutes on average. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically complete in 5 to 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers are same-day for requests submitted before 4 PM, and next morning for requests after 4 PM. Card withdrawals take 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank.
The minimum withdrawal amount on PK Rumi is Rs 500. This applies to all withdrawal methods. Only your real-money balance (not bonus balance) can be withdrawn — bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before they convert to real withdrawable money.
Withdrawals can be declined for a few reasons: KYC not completed, payment details not matching your verified identity, bonus wagering requirement not yet met, or a security hold on the account. New PK Rumi players receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. Deposit Rs 1,000 and you'll have Rs 2,000 to play with. The bonus is credited automatically within seconds of your first deposit — no code required. A 15x wagering requirement applies before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
A wagering requirement (sometimes called rollover or turnover) means you need to wager a total amount before a bonus converts to real, withdrawable money. On PK Rumi's welcome bonus, the requirement is 15x the combined deposit and bonus amount. So if you deposited Rs 1,000 and received Rs 1,000 bonus (Rs 2,000 total), you need to wager Rs 30,000 in total before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. All games on PK Rumi contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement.
The PK Rumi welcome bonus must be wagered within 30 days of being credited. If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days, the remaining bonus balance is removed from your account. Your real-money balance is not affected. Reload bonuses and promotional offers may have different validity periods — check the specific terms for each promotion.
